  Fast food take out on a busy late night.  Ordered my tostadas in the drive thru.  Order was made fresh so had me pull up to the front.

  I understand why someone would give this location close to 0 stars if they could. Esme, the manager lacks skills of being able to problem solve or handle a situation for a wrong order. I literally came up here after staff failed to give me a receipt and my order was incomplete so because I didn't have a receipt Esme felt the need to ignore me. She wouldn't even look my way and begin helping other customers as if I didn't exist.
  
  Problem 1: you served a non MEAT EATER a chicken taco and all I'm trying to do is a get a new plant based beyond taco. Esme failed to do that and failed to even try to help me or problem solve the situation.
  
  Problem 2: if I had eaten the chicken taco, do you not realize the health issues I would've dealt with. I haven't eaten red meat/poultry in 12 years and it would've completely shut my body down.
  
  Managers need to be competent to the consumers the establishment is serving and understand the sensitivities that come along with it. Esme you have so much to learn. You cannot run away from problems if you're going to be a manager. I am so disgusted with this location and the staff who all thought it was a comedy show.
  
  Attaching a photo of her in case you need to avoid going to her. She will not help you until further training has been received.

  This place is horrible they should be open 24 hours but they close it down to party inside you can see them from the outside window . 7/12/19 @12:30am I went to buy some food and they had cones in the drive Thur so no one could go in the drive Thur to order . I tried to walk in and it was closed I flagged them down and they told me it was close I asked why and they never gave me a solid answer .

  This location employs some great people, which makes its a delight to go to. The only drawback is the area is a bit sketchy at night, but that's why there's a drive thru. I believe others must feel that way, as the dining room is usually empty.
  
  Del Taco offers a great taco Tuesday deal, which starts at 3PM-11PM. Who can complain about 3 hard shell tacos for under $1.50? And another standout menu item are Del Taco's fries. Those crinkle cut fries are the best, I'd go as far as saying better than McDonalds.
  
  This franchise owner should be proud of the staff that works at this location. Although they're probably working there as a stepping stone to their job, they need to understand and realize the importance they are to this location. As a side note, the franchisee that owns the most McDonald locations started off as an employee.

  Ah yes, another 25 minute (!!!!) wait in the drive thru. It has taken me 25 minutes to get to the window and I still don't have my food.
